Tinka Pypker

Vita

The Dutch soprano Tinka Pypker has been a member of International Opera Studio at Oper Köln since the 2022/2023 season. In 2019, she received her bachelor's degree at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague "with distinction". In recognition of the best final examination at the Royal Conservatory, she received the "Fock Medal". She completed her master's degree at the Dutch National Opera Academy with Catrin Wyn-Davies. There she made her debut as Amy March in Mark Adamo's "Little Women". She also sang Maguelonne in Pauline Viardot's "Cendrillon", Lentulo in C.H. Graun's "Cesare e Cleopatra" and Rosalinde in "Die Fledermaus". She has also appeared as Papagena ("Die Zauberflöte"), La Fortuna and Venere ("L'incoronazione di Poppea"), Guideria ("Carattaco", J. C. Bach), La Speranza ("L'Orfeo") and Lana ("Kijk op voor de val", Opera Forward Festival of the Dutch National Opera).

In September 2021 Tinka Pypker made her debut at the Dutch National Opera as Second Girl in “Der Zwerg”, conducted by Lorenzo Viotti. During this time she was an associate artist at the DNO Studio. In 2022 Tinka Pypker was a finalist at the International Vocal Competition in Den Bosch, in the Netherlands.
