Vouchers used as part of a flexi-subscription or in the form of virtual credits are automatically credited again.

For print@home/online tickets, a return is not necessary, the refund will be made by our sales partner DTS/Kölnticket. You will receive separate instructions for ticket returns by DTS for web orders.

If you did not purchase your ticket from us, please contact the VVK office where it was purchased; further processing will take place there.

The box office opens one hour before the performance. Please understand that only tickets for the respective evening event can be collected or purchased at the evening box office. Advance sales or the collection of tickets for other dates as well as exchange options and separate subscriber support cannot be offered here, unfortunately. Our monthly playbill provides you with the latest programme information. The newsletter, for which you can register via our website, has a supplementary function. Follow our social media channels and exchange ideas with other opera fans on Oper Köln's facebook, twitter, instagram and YouTube profiles.

School pupils, students, trainees, BFD and FSJ (federal voluntary service workers, up to 35 years of age) as well as Köln-Pass holders receive a 50% discount on the regular ticket price of Bühnen Köln’s own performances for all seating groups. In addition, these groups will receive remaining tickets at the box office at the standard price of 8,- € upon availability.

Recipients of benefits according to SGB II, wheelchair users and people with severe disabilities with a degree of disability of 100% or with a "B" in their disability certificate receive a 50% reduction upon presentation of proof. If the letter "B" is noted on the disabled person's pass, an accompanying person also receives a free admission ticket. This accompanying ticket can only be issued by the ticket service and box office.

Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount

Groups of 20 or more receive a 20% discount

The usual advance booking fee is waived for group bookings.

You can pay at the Bühnen Köln ticket service in cash, by bank transfer, by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or EC card.

Tickets are reserved for six days without obligation (up to a maximum of three days before the performance date). Reserved tickets that have not been paid for by then will go back on sale. Ordered tickets can be sent if they have been paid for at least five working days before the performance date.

For subscribers, the sending of individual tickets is free of charge. Please include a telephone number or your email address for any queries with any type of written order!

You can find our General Terms and Conditions here. In particular, we would like to point out that it is generally not possible to return tickets that have been bought. All flexi-subscription vouchers and exchange vouchers are valid for one season only.

There is no entitlement to admission for late arriving visitors. As a rule, you will be admitted after the end of the scene or act by the evening service or only after the interval.

FOR LEGAL REASONS, SOUND, IMAGE AND FILM RECORDINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED DURING THE EVENTS.
