Annika Wiessner
Vita
Annika Wiessner erhielt ihre Ausbildung an der Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, die sie 2009 erfolgreich mit dem Diplom zur Bühnentänzerin abschloss. Während ihres Studiums war sie in der zu dieser Zeit in Köln ansässigen Kompanie Pretty Ugly Tanz Köln am Schauspielhaus engagiert und tanzte dort in „Giselle“ in einer Choreografie von Amanda Miller. Des Weiteren arbeitete sie während und nach ihrem Studium mit Choreografen wie Hanoch Ben Dror, Massimo Gerardi, Emmanuele Soavi, Douglas Bateman, Lionel Hoche, Signe Fabricius, Fernando Melo und Giorgio Madia.
Im Anschluss an ihr Studium folgten Engagements in Berlin im Radialsystem V, in Ulm mit der Strado Compagnia Danza, in der Kompanie Arethusa in Konstanz, am Staatstheater Nürnberg, am Aalto Musiktheater in Essen und bei den Bregenzer Festspielen.
An den Bühnen Köln ist Annika Wiessner seit 2014 immer wieder in der Statisterie und als Tänzerin engagiert. Sie war u. a. in „Solaris“ und „Tannhäuser“ (Regie: Patrick Kinmonth), „Don Giovanni“ (Regie: Emmanuelle Bastet), „La Traviata“ (Regie: Benjamin Schad), „Rigoletto“ (Regie: Katharina Thalbach), „Die Soldaten“ (Regie: Carlus Padrissa/La Fura dels Baus), „Salome“ (Regie: Ted Huffman), „Street Scene“ (Regie: John Fulljames), „Rusalka“ (Regie: Nadja Loschky) und „My Fair Lady“ (Regie: Dietrich W. Hilsdorf) engagiert.
Seit der Spielzeit 2019-20 ist sie als choreografische Assistentin und Co-Leitung der Statisterie im Team der Oper Köln und unterstützt verschiedenste Produktionen mit ihrer tänzerischen Expertise. In den Produktionen „Die Geschichte vom Fuchs, der den Verstand verlor“ (Regie: Brigitta Gillessen), „Hänsel und Gretel“ (Regie: Béatrice Lachaussée) und „Max und Moritz“ (Regie: Cora Hannen) war Annika Wiessner als Choreografin maßgeblich mitwirkend.
