Rafael-Evitan Grombelka

Rafael-Evitan Grombelka ist ein Tauber Schauspieler, Gebärdensprachdolmetscher, Dozent und Gebärdensprachpoet.
2013 gewann er in Sofia (Bulgarien) den Titel „Mister Deaf International“ und wurde zusätzlich mit den Auszeichnungen „Mister Talent“ und „Mister Europa“ geehrt. Beim Deutschen Gebärdensprachtheaterfestival (DEGETH) in München erhielt er 2006 und 2022 den Preis als „Bester Schauspieler“. 2020 erreichte er mit einer Gebärdensprachperformance das Finale der RTL-Show „Das Supertalent“.
Er ist Teil der Initiative handverlesen, die Gebärdensprachpoesie als eigenständige Kunstform präsentiert. Von 2013 bis 2024 war er zudem als Gebärdensprachdolmetscher für die Nachrichtensendung phoenix tätig. Zum 100-jährigen Jubiläum von Disney übersetzte er 2023 als Musikperformer auf der Tournee „Das große Disney-Jubiläum“.
In der Spielzeit 23/24 war er als Gast am COMEDIA Theater Köln in der Inszenierung „In 80 Tagen um die Welt“ nach Jules Verne sowie im Jungen Schauspiel in dem Tanz- und Theaterspektakel „Time to Shine“ von Takao Baba zu sehen. In der Spielzeit 25/26 steht er an der Oper Köln in Koproduktion mit dem COMEDIA Theater in der Rolle des Max in „Freikugeln – Der Freischütz in fünf Dimensionen“ auf der Bühne.
