Bruno Roseau

Originally from Martinique, Bruno Roseau unfolds a unique artistic universe at the intersection of dance, theatre, and performance. Starting in 2015, he trained at the Conservatory of Strasbourg in drama and dance, forging his technical rigor through a multidisciplinary practice including modern jazz, classical, and Latin dance.

Since 2019, his regular collaborations with the Opéra National du Rhin and the TJP Centre Dramatique National reflect a constant exploration of physical presence and the narrative power of movement. A chameleon-like artist, he entered the world of drag and burlesque in 2023, bringing a strong visual dimension where raw performance energy meets high aesthetic sensitivity. Bruno Roseau brings his versatility and physical awareness to demanding productions, moving with ease between the codes of opera, contemporary theatre, and live performance.

During the 25/26 season, he will perform in Benjamin’s and Crimp’s „Picture a Day Like This” at the Cologne Opera.
