Accessible parking spaces are available in nearby car parks. The Theater-Parkhaus (Krebsgasse 1) and the Opern Passagen car park (Schwertnergasse 1) offer a special theatre rate in the evenings. Both car parks have a lift.
Accessible toilets are available in the Opera House.
Wheelchair spaces are located in the stalls. The lifts in the Opera House provide step-free access from street level to the stalls and the first circle. The second circle is not accessible by lift. When booking your tickets, please let us know if you or an accompanying person will be using a walking frame or wheelchair. Our front-of-house staff will then escort you to your seats.

An induction loop system for hearing aid users is available in the stalls.
A guidance system and tactile floor plan help blind and visually impaired visitors find their way around.

People with a degree of disability of 50 or higher, or whose disability ID card bears the letter “B”, receive a 50% discount on the ticket price upon presentation of valid proof.
If the letter “B” is indicated on the disability ID card, one accompanying person is also entitled to a complimentary ticket.
